thank you BoHSaiN for your kind words. While the site being developed there off course will be an Arabic interface. we are just trying to take things one at a time
I’ve been using Windows and Linux (Suse) for years, and I can’t say that one is better than the other, each one of them got it’s pros and cons
but I do like Linux for it’s stability, I actually use linux to run my IBM mainframe (z/OS) emulator, it performs better on linux than windows, never crashes, though I keep the machine running for weeks.
G’day Lamia & thanks; I’ve notice that linux has a great potential in Kuwait. As for windows pros and cons, I personally think it is a matter of user choice depending on his requirement.
for instance, at my office they think Linux is not fast enough because they run Java based application and they need something very compatible with it…
I personally prefer Mac (Tiger/Leopard) machines for personal use and Linux (Fedora)/Unix (FreeBSD) for server use..
its always a pleasure to see more contributions from you and any other Linux addict here in the area:)
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
At the first I’d to say your blog is a brilliant idea. I’ve a question that always concerns me because I’m an old user for Microsoft Windows and I’ve interest with Linux. could you tell me about the hardware requirements for Lunix suse
